We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Railway Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) for a Technical Advisory project for OSE in Athens, Greece .
As Railway Maintenance Manager, you will review, improve, and manage the operation plan for Greek Railways in collaboration with DB E&C team members and the client OSE to ensure profitable, safe, and efficient operation.
Your focus will be on improving the efficiency and safety of railway maintenance.

Responsibilities: Review and actively manage OSE's railway maintenance plan and processes.
Achieve performance targets (KPIs) related to efficiency, safety, and quality of railway maintenance.
Manage network maintenance resources.
Plan maintenance measures.
Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing maintenance teams.
Review and improve maintenance programs continuously.
Ensure compliance with European directives and standards for railway maintenance.
Support the acquisition of new railway maintenance and asset management tools and software.
Manage stakeholders at national and international levels.
Qualifications: University degree in railway, electrical, or mechanical engineering or similar, with relevant professional experience in a comparable role.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar tasks.
Additional qualifications in project management.
At least 5 years of leadership experience.
Strong impartial moderation skills and intercultural sensitivity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is mandatory; German and Greek are advantageous.
Familiarity with Greek administrative standards.
