In short, we want to help them achieve real momentum with money.Your WhyAs our Growth Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for supporting the development, execution and performance of the customer growth funnel working alongside the brand, creative, performance and lifecycle growth squads to deliver high impact campaigns that convert.How Will You Spend Your TimeDrive customer acquisition by developing and executing high-impact growth campaigns Balance funnel, channel, and media mix to meet growth targets across Lending and Everyday Banking Collaborate with brand, performance, and studio teams to deliver best-in-class creative and media plans Optimise customer journeys—from first impression to conversion—to boost engagement and retention Run growth experiments across channels and creative formats, turning insights into action Use data to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funnel performance Partner with product teams on go-to-market strategies and growth-driving features Build tools and dashboards to track acquisition metrics (CPA, CAC) and campaign effectiveness Operate within agile frameworks to deliver marketing initiatives on time and on budget What will you bring:Minimum 3 years' experience developing and managing campaigns, ideally within challenger brands, fintech, or retail Hands-on expertise building and executing growth strategies across paid and organic channels—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to bring ideas to life Experience in, or strong appetite for, startup or scale-up environments—comfortable navigating autonomy, ambiguity, and fast-paced delivery Confident in planning and executing a broad mix of ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and TTL (Through the Line) campaigns across diverse channels Deeply customer-centric—you believe marketing isn't done until it meets real customer needs and fosters lasting, high-quality relationships Why Ubank?Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid working model with 3 days in our vibrant Sydney CBD office.
