Overview GP Sales Representative – Primary Care (Geelong, Victoria).
This is a full-time role, initially a 12-month contract position based in Geelong (Victoria).
What You'll Do Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations and Medicines Australia (MA) qualification.
Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness, results focus, collaboration, teamwork, and leadership.
Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Work with the Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory.
Use data from multiple sources to build a view of customers – their needs and interests – supporting smart decisions to exceed sales targets.
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
Follow all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, and at all times working within the framework of Medicines Australia (MA) Code of Conduct.
