A Tier 2 Builder is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to manage the tender process from start to finish.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cost evaluations and pricing analysis of quotes
- Evaluate preliminary requirements for project delivery
- Develop project budgets, cost models, and bid proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align on scope and costs
- Monitor market conditions and integrate insights into cost forecasting
- Review and improve estimating processes
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industry experience, ideally in the commercial space, and a proven track record of working on tenders over $5 million. They will also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with sub-contractors and suppliers.
