The Directors have invested heavily in technology, offshore staff, and a dedicated marketing function, freeing up your time to be spent working with clients and solving their problems and not doing administration time consuming tasks.
The consultancy has a corporate structure that allows small parcels of equity to be purchased based on merit not length of service.
THE ROLEAs a Senior Manager Associate Director, you will work alongside your Director and take charge of a portfolio of around clients.
You will be expected to provide a strong consultative approach in building long term relationships with these clients.
Some of your ongoing duties will include: Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and three-way projections (profit, cash flow, balance sheet).
Design and oversee operational and financial KPIs, management reporting systems, and executive team reporting.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including margins, risk, and strategic business metrics.
Provide cost-cutting, revenue-building, and margin-enhancement strategies based on analytical insights.
Lead financial strategy development and implementation, including business buy/sell due diligence.
Support CFO leadership, deliver training, and improve organisational financial literacy.
