Alongside CFO Advisory, we deliver tax & business services, bookkeeping, and specialist QBCC compliance—working collaboratively across divisions to deliver measurable results for clients nationwide.The Impact You'll MakeYou'll be responsible for a suite of clients at varying stages of their growth journey, each with unique opportunities and challenges.Your role will combine :Commercial Insight – Identify flaws and opportunities, design strategies, and lead change to drive growth, profitability and resilience.Financial Clarity – Implement systems and deliver reporting packs with actionable insights, turning numbers into a clear narrative and roadmap.Accountability & Leadership – Hold clients to account on actions, run monthly face-to-face meetings, and be available for ad-hoc commercial advice.Team Development – Coach and mentor your 2.5 dedicated offshore support staff, building capability while maintaining quality.This is a role where your hands-on engagement directly drives outcomes—combining strategy, execution and leadership.What You'll BringCurrently operating at FC or CFO level in industry, or in a senior advisory role in public practice looking for greater client impact.Proven ability to diagnose business performance and systems, repair cash flow, analyse margins and prepare for growth.Expertise in strategic planning, KPI setting, financial strategy, risk management, due diligence and policy development.Confidence having "tough conversations" to achieve change.Commercial awareness of market conditions, competitor landscape, and tech / digital transformation opportunities.Why Xact?
