Responsibilities In this varied and rewarding position, you will play a key part in guiding individuals and families through the Probate and Estate planning process.
From managing Probate cases and preparing official documentation, to advising on Wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, you will ensure every client receives clear, tailored advice with care and professionalism.
You will work closely with executors and family members, supporting them during what can often be an emotional and challenging time.
About the role You will be equipped to stay on top of evolving legislation and compliance standards with access to the latest legal updates and supportive training.
You will be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues alike and will be supported by a friendly and forward-thinking team.
You will have opportunities to get involved with networking events and agricultural shows, helping to raise awareness of our services and grow client relationships.
