The opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our team for a 12-month parental leave cover.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with your TA team colleagues and hiring managers to support and coordinate end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles — from clerical and technical staff through to corporate positions.
This includes advertising, screening, stakeholder engagement, and interview coordination — plus the chance to contribute to talent attraction campaigns and build proactive talent pipelines.

What you'll bring
Recruitment experience (ideally 2–5 years) in either an internal or agency setting
A strong service mindset, with a focus on delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers
Confidence using a range of recruitment tools — including applicant tracking systems (ATS), SEEK Talent Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
An interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation
