About The Role We are looking for a Corporate Business Manager to lead a portfolio of El Jannah corporate restaurants.
This is a people-focused leadership role with a strong commercial edge, where you'll work closely with Restaurant Managers to achieve operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
You'll be hands-on in driving restaurant profitability, analysing P&L data, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
You'll also play a key part in new restaurant openings, ensuring every launch is set up for success.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve financial and operational targets.
Monitor restaurant performance through regular P&L analysis and drive initiatives for growth and profitability.
Ensure The EJ Way standards are embedded to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
Oversee the operational readiness of new restaurant openings, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Marketing, and L&D teams to align strategies and support continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and brand standards across all restaurants.
What You'll Bring5+ years' experience in multi-site leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail.
Strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing P&L and operational KPIs.
A people-first leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience leading new site openings or operational projects is highly regarded.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
