Responsibilities Process customers' Merchant application for corporate customers according to bank guidelines.
Perform checking on application forms, checklists and other supporting documents Perform data entry and data verification for onboarding applications.
Notify relevant stakeholders for any repair/ additional information from customer.
Ensure adherence to the bank policies, regulatory risks and compliance matters.
Support digital initiatives.
To liaise with various stakeholders (i.e.
Sales personnel, Compliance officers, etc.) regarding relevant daily job functions.
Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements Preferably with at least 3 years of operational support/call centre/ customer service experience in banking industry.
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in English, Malay, and/or Chinese language; additional languages will be an added advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access etc.
Familiar with merchant acquiring system or processing platform is a plus Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented.
Able to manage administrative duties, ad-hoc assignment and any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
Result oriented, great sense of responsibility and team player.
