We seek an Account Director to join our team, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, flexible work environment, including remote work and potential office visits in North Sydney.
The role involves leading digital programmes that enhance revenue and brand equity, utilizing media, creative, and technology to achieve measurable results.
You will maintain strong client relationships, develop digital strategies, and stay current with digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders and daily client teams Understand client businesses, industry trends, and add value through creative and strategic insights Lead integrated campaigns collaborating with strategy, creative, and project teams Manage digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok, and Pinterest Present and sell strategic and creative concepts to clients Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices Requirements Over 5 years managing digital accounts in an agency setting, with a focus on performance marketing Proven success in achieving ROAS, CPA, or revenue targets Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and at least one of Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In, or retail media networks Ability to interpret analytics platforms like GA4 and Data Studio Strong understanding of creative optimization, offer strategies, and attribution models Excellent communication skills with both senior executives and technical teams Organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively Awareness of platform updates, privacy issues, AI, and automation tools Benefits Hybrid work flexibility with optional in-person collaboration Flexible employment arrangements (full-time, part-time, non-standard)Remote workspace stipend Paid birthday leave and volunteer days Access to upskilling and training resources Variety of projects from retainers to campaigns Collaborative senior team environment Competitive salary based on experience About REBORNWith over 17 years of experience, REBORN delivers creative work for brands in FMCG, tourism, and wellness.
