About the role We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative on a casual basis at our busy Eagle Farm branch.
You will attend to customers' vehicle hire requirements, ensuring they receive quality service and a memorable experience worth sharing or recommending.
The role operates during our branch hours from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 9pm.
Your responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs Opening and closing rental agreements Selling additional rental products at the counter Checking for and recording vehicle damage and conducting maintenance checks Cleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehicles Moving vehicles within the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, or other purposes Reporting and managing workplace health and safety risks and incidents promptly We foster a performance-driven culture where your achievements are rewarded with competitive remuneration and access to benefits such as discounted products, wellness initiatives, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
