You'll work closely with designers, Account Managers to build and maintain beautiful, functional websites – from slick one-pagers to complex, multi-page websites for our diverse client portfolio.

As a reputable marketing, social media and design agency, we are looking for our next knowledgeable and experienced Website Developer.
About the Role Our Website Developer is the glue within in our busy agency office working on Word Press as our preferred CMS.
Working across our client portfolio, this role provides a wonderful opportunity to work on new and existing websites.
Our Developer performs predominately web development and CMS update services as well as general IT support.
Exposure to working with Gutenberg and Elementor in addition to classically built websites on Word Press is essential.
Our Website Developer must be able to build from the ground up (not just work with templates).
This role would require experience or knowledge of the following : New Wordpress Website Builds Excellent knowledge of Word Press / PHPProficient in HTML5, CSS 3, SASS, Vanilla Java Script and j Query.
Working knowledge of Astra, Bootstrap and / or Foundation frameworks Proficient in relational databases such as My SQLKnowledgeof the Word Press database structure Develop sites from scratch, from basic landing pages to more complex sites incorporating third-part REST APIs Build sites from Figma designs Proficient in building and integrating E-commerce sites with Woo Commerce Responsive design & development De-bugging, Cross-browser & device testing Familiarity with terminal and basic Linux commands Ability to quote hours required for particular jobs Experience with Git (basic commands)Experience with Gravity Forms Wordpress Website Management Taking on a large array of different Wordpress builds Ability to understand sites with minimal handover and documentation Propose and execute website upgrades within existing builds On-going website maintenance and optimisation SSL Installation and setup DNS Management skills Ability to problem solve web security issues particularly with Word Press websites Fixing and applying security patches and prevention measures Server administration (c Panel / WHM Hosting Management / Linux)Other SEO Optimisation Experience with Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Recaptcha, Data Looker & Maps)EDMs Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is desired Candidate Criteria At least 1-2 years experience in similar roles Experience with or exposure to working within a digital / creative agency Excellent communication & personal skills and experience working directly with clients Able to articulate best course of action for technical tasks and time needed to complete them Punctual, able to work to deadlines & multitask on multiple projects The confidence to work autonomously within a small team environment Can do" work ethic What makes our workplace different?Rewarding work culture with a highly supportive and experienced team RDO on birthdays Flexible family and work conditions Work for a company that likes to celebrate the wins with events and dinners East Gosford or Woolloomooloo location, work from home hybrid How to apply : Send your CV and cover letter addressed to Operations Manager Kim Patterson tobrilliantlogic.com.au.
