Our client, one of the top global Saa S companies, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their highly skilled APJ Performance Support team.
You'll dive deep into complex web application performance issues, troubleshoot critical incidents, and ensure seamless experiences for enterprise customers.

What your exciting days will look like:
Handle complex L2 performance-related incidents Troubleshoot and optimise web application performance, leveraging deep knowledge of application stacks Review and analyse large log files, identify patterns, and provide effective resolutions Collaborate and share best practices across the team Work closely with global customers and internal product/engineering teams to drive resolutions Continuously learn and adapt to new cloud technologies and platform features What you'll be bringing to the table: Customer-facing Application/Technical Support experience (Saa S/web-based platforms preferred) Strong background with relational databases (My SQL, Oracle, Postgres) – tuning, querying, indexing Proficiency in scripting languages (Preferably Java Script, but other languages like Python, Unix Shell, Windows Shell are also acceptable) Solid experience with Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server Experience writing/debugging Java or other object-oriented languages Familiarity with web application components, performance optimisation and networking basics Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly Nice to Haves: Previous experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms Knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, or Saa S performance best practices Background in software development or e-commerce applications What awaits you: An innovative, collaborative tech culture State-of-the-art facilities + supportive team environment Flexible hybrid setup & potential for permanent conversion Note: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia APPLY below or email *******@realtimeaustralia.com and we'll be in touch with you asapFeel free to check out our other job openings & set up job alerts here: www.realtimeaustralia.com/job-search Additional information
