Base pay range A$140,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

Golding is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Reliability) to join our team on site at the Baralaba Mine Project.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will be responsible for providing technical maintenance engineering support, including performance analysis and system development, to ensure the achievement of project targets.
This position operates on a 5/2 (Monday to Friday) roster, with camp accommodation and meals provided.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely reports, schedules, and plans in line with site maintenance requirements.
Analyse equipment performance (productivity and reliability) and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the authorised maintenance plan and suggest improvements.
Review maintenance and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Actively contribute to business improvement initiatives as a collaborative team member.
About You Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven technical engineering capability in a similar environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Highly motivated, energetic, and results-focused.
