Based in Sydney, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base and supporting our partners across the state.

About the role Our Sydney roastery is home to two iconic coffee brands: Coffee Supreme and Gabriel Coffee.

In this role, you'll proudly represent both.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic State Wholesale Manager to lead our NSW sales efforts.

You'll be both a strategic partner to existing customers and a proactive force in finding and securing new opportunities.

With a focus on people-first leadership, relationship-building, and a strong commercial mindset, you'll drive performance, shape our brand presence, and support our team to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities Build deep knowledge of our products, services, and contracts to support commercially sound decision-making Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of prospects through CRM, outreach, and regular customer visits Respond to new business enquiries and guide prospects through our offering Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates Develop compelling offers in collaboration with internal teams Lead RFPs and tenders in NSW, and share cross-state opportunities with the wider team Keep Wholesale Toolkits up to date with relevant, competitive sales materials Oversee smooth handover and onboarding of new customers Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and influencers Approve invoices and reconcile company credit card transactions monthly Keep organised records for reporting and compliance Represent the brand at industry events and warmly welcome visitors to our Sydney roastery Play a role in shaping the future of wholesale through strategy and feedback About you You're a people person, a problem-solver, and a coffee enthusiast.

You thrive on meaningful conversations, love helping others grow, and know how to spot and close opportunities.

You're confident without the ego, driven without being pushy, and organised enough to juggle contracts, CRM updates, and café visits with ease.
