Nepean Private Hospital, located in the multicultural Western Sydney City of Penrith, is a modern 109-bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community since 2000, including orthopaedics, spinal, gynaecology, ENT, plastics, urology, general surgery, endoscopy, cardiology, cardiac angiography, and obstetrics.
Nepean Private Hospital has eight operating theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheterisation theatre, and an endoscopy suite, supported by a critical care unit including intensive care.
Site Specific Streams available Maternity RM Stream What's Included in the Graduate Program?Our 12-month program, available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills.
This program is paired with an additional Consolidation Year to ensure you're well-prepared to succeed.
• Maternity (Registered Midwives only) graduate streams available – depending on hospital preference.
• One to three rotations within your graduate stream over the 12-month program.
• Ongoing employment contract.
