About the role ALPA is seeking passionate and enthusiastic retail managers to: Manage the successful operation of a supermarket in a remote First Nations community Train and mentor local team members Implement and uphold ALPA's nutrition policy Collaborate with merchandising, nutrition, and local stakeholders to meet community needs Skills and experience Minimum of three years' retail management experience (mandatory) Experience with electronic retail systems for stock control, point of sale, and staff management Certificate III in Retail or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months Ability to manage the unique challenges of remote communities, including limited resources, unpredictable supply chains, and cultural considerations Benefits Competitive salary with salary packaging options Accommodation and utilities included Relocation assistance 7 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading 14% superannuation Mobile phone allowance How to apply ALPA is an equal opportunity employer, encouraging First Nations people and individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply.
