About the Role

You will lead ~1500 team members to deliver clean and safe stores for customers. Our team takes pride in making supermarkets shine. By managing all trolleys, trolley collection, and cleaning services, we ensure seamless shopping experiences. You will ensure efficient and safe operations within your state. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving results through effective leadership and regular communication on store performance, business plans, and strategy.
  • Adapting approach to improve efficiency and ensuring all services are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing a strong safety culture and creating a safe working environment.
  • Buidling capability of Area Managers to deliver in their role and provide leadership for all team members.
  • Leading talent development, succession planning, and development plans for all team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Leading the service delivery program and ensuring standards are met.

You will drive performance and oversee multiple sites with your proven leadership and people management skills. This role requires:
