We're seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. **What We're Looking For**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of experience and passion, including:

- Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.
- Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including wage control and inventory.
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
