The Role: Reporting directly to the MD of ANZ and part of the senior leadership team, the Head of Finance will oversee significant financial and business transformation across the organisation.
Integrating recently acquired entities along with continuing to identify new targets, you will develop strategic partnerships with the SLT while leading your team to maintain the financial health of the organisation.
Aligning process and efficiency opportunities, you will deliver financial & management reporting with accurate detail while ensuring all risk, compliance and governance requirements are met.
Enhancing your inspiring leadership capability, you will shape culture and enhance collaboration that delivers effective outcomes across your team while providing proactive business partnering across the organisation.
This will suit a measured, considered and ambitious finance leader excited by transformation and passionate to drive change that shapes future growth.
