About the Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will be pivotal in maintaining and driving a strong safety culture across the business.
You will oversee WHSE systems, ensure legislative compliance, and work closely with site teams to implement best practices across live construction projects.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Sydney, with regular site visits required.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage WHSE functions across multiple construction projects Review and maintain WHSE management systems, procedures, and documentation Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and incident investigations Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and ongoing training to site teams Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all legislative requirements are met Provide proactive support and coaching to project and site teams Continuously drive improvement in WHSE performance and culture To Be Successful Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar WHSE or HSE Manager role in commercial construction - Tier 2 construction background is preferred Diploma in WHS (or higher qualification)Proven experience implementing and managing WHSE systems and procedures Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence, lead, and promote a proactive safety-first culture Construction white card and current driver's license If you are interested, please click Apply Now or call Sophia on 0405 859 519 for a confidential discussion.
