Acquisition Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded professional to join a high-performing investment team and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring quality property assets. This role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, investment strategy, development feasibility, and portfolio analytics, with the chance to contribute directly to the business's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the company's acquisition strategies across asset types.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and financial modelling for potential acquisitions and development opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality Investment Committee papers and investor reports.
  • Undertake market research, monitor competitor activity, and maintain up-to-date data on key submarkets.
  • Build and leverage a strong industry network to identify off-market opportunities.
  • Assist with portfolio analysis, strategic asset planning, and capital management initiatives.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property acquisitions, investment analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess commercial assumptions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an established industry network will be highly regarded.
