Salary 80,000 AUD to 120,000 AUD plus super (salary won't rule out top billers though it will be adjusted).
The business focus on White Collar Construction in the UK and Australia and will be expanding into other international locations.
The Role This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in Australia.
You will be hiring roles like Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors.
Essentially anything senior in a construction life cycle that is skilled and office based not a trade.
This is hiring permanent professionals on high salaries You will be responsible for working with existing clients and picking up new clients.
You will be required to attend site visits/ meet clients as needed The team are open to which area you are based in and cover in Australia they are keen to build business in every state eventually so they are open minded at the beginning.
Key Selling Points10% commission up to 100k AUD then 30% on everything over that for the rest of the year.
No threshold or desk fees Huge growth opportunity for someone to fast track to management and directorship You will have lots of autonomy and independence to work remote, and to work the hours you want.
You will not be micromanaged.
This role would therefore suit someone very comfortable in their own ability.
Support is there as needed you will have regular touch points with your director.
The director for Australia is a very experienced white collar recruiter; A leader whom is thorough, meticulous, process driven and very strong at training and developing the same good habits in recruiters in his team.
The Director working above you brings in business meaning there will be live roles to work on and roles to give you all the time.
You will also add to this with your own BD.

You must have the desire and ability to work remote initially, if you grow a team under you you may decide with the buisness that you will get an office.
