The Opportunity
We are excited to welcome a passionate Recruitment Consultant to our expanding Sydney team in Parramatta.

This role is all about building strong relationships with candidates, connecting them to opportunities, and driving success for both clients and the business. You will have the chance to make a real impact in a fast paced, blue collar recruitment environment where no two days are the same.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
  • Recruiting at volume within the blue collar sector
  • Building and nurturing candidate and client relationships
  • Managing a strong pipeline of talent
  • Keeping our systems and processes up to date with accuracy

  • Experience in recruitment or a customer focused industry (blue collar experience is a bonus)
