Join an Industry Leader in Tyre Solutions OTR Tyres Wheels and Axles is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team at our Bellevue branch in Western Australia.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and coordination of client requests and lead a skilled team of tyre fitters, ensuring exceptional service delivery across our operations.
Key Responsibilities · Plan, schedule, and manage the Perth Mobile Plant/OTR service division · Coordinate effectively with clients and key stakeholders to ensure prompt and professional service · Lead, mentor, and supervise all tyre fitters within the division · Drive continuous improvements in safety, operational excellence, and cost efficiency About You · Proven experience in the Mobile Plant/OTR tyre industry, either in the field or office setting (preferred, not required) · Strong proficiency in Excel, sales software, and email communication · Cert II in Automotive Tyre Servicing –Mobile Plant/OTR (preferred, not required) · Current C class driver's license About Us OTR Tyres Wheels and Axles is a proudly Australian-owned, nationally recognized leader in providing innovative tyre, wheel, and axle solutions for the mining, transport, construction, and agriculture sectors.
