RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT) are seeking an experienced Welding and Coating QA/QC professional to join our team at our Welshpool Workshop.

This role plays a key part in supporting the performance and reliability of critical mining equipment.
You'll be responsible for reviewing and monitoring company quality processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and customer requirements, while also assisting the QA/QC Coordinator with documentation, preparation, and review.
Key Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and budget across all projects.
Monitor and review quality processes to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Support inspection and testing of welding and surface treatment activities.
Assist with preparation and review of QA/QC documentation.
Contribute to the delivery of reliable, professional, and efficient service for our clients.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Trade qualification or suitable Engineering qualification.
Welding Supervisor and/or Welding Inspector qualifications.
Coating Inspector qualifications (desirable).
Supervisor or Leadership training (desirable).
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
Previous experience with surface treatment inspection and testing (desirable).
Sound understanding of applicable Australian standards (desirable).
Experience and knowledge of NDT requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
