The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a holistic and strategic approach to the staffing and daily academic operations of Geelong Grammar School Campuses- Corio, Toorak, and Timbertop (ELC- Year 12).
About the role: The Head of Academic Operations, Strategy (ELC-12) is responsible for the following tasks: Coordinating and centrally documenting staffing allocations in conjunction with key stakeholders Ensuring staff load allocation policies are adhered to Leading the building and maintenance of the timetable for Corio campus ELC-12 Providing logistical support for subject selection processes Conducting and providing student academic testing data Overseeing the Daily Organisation (allocation of extras) and calendar in conjunction with the administrative support officer for Corio Teaching, as required (1 block-0.21 Teaching load) Leading and managing direct reports Participating as a Member of the Leadership Team Corio (LTC) About you: The successful candidate for this role will have: Experience in a similar operational and strategic role Experience with problem solving Experience leading strategic projects in a school setting Constructed timetables within a school setting Worked in a leadership role coordinating staff Geelong Grammar School is committed to the safety of all students and has a zero tolerance of student abuse.
