Reporting to the discipline's Academic Director and working alongside three Academic Heads, this is generally an administrative position without direct reports but with operational duties and national involvement with the recruitment and scheduling of industry-astute faculty, the forward-thinking coordination of subjects, the incisive review and enhancement of curriculum, and the monitoring of student success metrics with interventions promptly activated.

Responsibilities Maintain the relevance and currency of the discipline's curriculum Coach and engage a faculty that exceeds 100 educators across six campuses Prioritise student-centredness across all facets of teaching and learning Proactively collaborate on interdisciplinary and cross-functional initiatives Exceed the requirements of regulatory and professional industry accreditations Requirements Master's degree in a relevant field of education Membership of an industry body such as CPA or Chartered Accountants ANZ Experience as a teacher and subject coordinator in a higher education context Recent professional experience as a practitioner in a related sector Kaplan Business School At Kaplan Business School, we are one of only 16 self-accrediting institutes of higher education and are recognised in Australia and globally as exemplars of international education, quality teaching, student support, employability and academic integrity.
