This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Operational Risk Management program in a commercial bank's Risk function. Reporting directly to the Head of ERM/ORM, you will be responsible for helping to develop and implement operational risk frameworks that minimize loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the Operational Risk function, ensuring effective risk management practices are in place.
  • Oversee the management of the bank's ORM systems and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of future strategies for the bank's ORM program, aligning with the bank's overall risk management goals.
  • Drive a strong risk culture across the bank through training and awareness programs.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing risk programs and teams.
