Deliver health promotion activities, yarning circles, and community education.
Assist in developing quality improvement processes and culturally appropriate learning materials.
Skills and Experience Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in community health, chronic disease, oncology, or related programs.
Current QLD Driver's Licence, First Aid/CPR, Blue Card, and National Police Check.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Cultural awareness working rural and remote and with Aboriginal and Torres Island communities Experience in cancer screening, oncology nursing, or palliative care.
Previous work in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services or rural health.
IT skills including Microsoft Office.
