The Role This is new opportunity for an Area Manager to join our team on the recently awarded nbn N2 P contract.
Reporting to the Construction Manager you'll oversee and lead multiple construction operations across the region while ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing Field resource management of Supervisors and Service Partners Driving a strong safely culture Ensuring highest quality standards of work Ensuring work is completed within budget and on schedule Providing guidance and technical support About You Experience in a similar leadership role within Telecommunications or Civil construction projects.
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar Tertiary qualification in HSE/OH&S preferable Proven leadership experience with ability to promote positive behaviours Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Tool of Trade Vehicle Company paid Salary Continuance Insurance Discounted Private Health Insurance.
