Electrical Operations Manager Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to oversee electrical projects and ensure high-quality workmanship across various construction sites.

About The Position

This leadership role involves managing teams, conducting site inspections, and providing expert technical advice on electrical operations.

  • Manage electrical project workflows, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of electrical professionals in delivering high-standard electrical works, including installations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Conduct regular audits and WHS inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate training programs for apprentices and electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
Requirements And Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Queensland Electrical Work Licence – Mechanic or Fitter/Mechanic.
  • Demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical installations with a high standard of compliance and workmanship.
  • A current General Safety Induction (Construction White Card).
  • A current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue certification.
