About The Role Full-Time position Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer on a full-time basis at Aegis Shoreline.
Aegis Shoreline is a new, premium Residential Aged Care home located in North Coogee, near Port Coogee Marina.
Aegis Shoreline is in truly a unique location, adjacent to the beach and overlooking picturesque Cockburn Sound.
It provides a beautiful panorama of Garden, Carnac and Rottnest Islands with many bedrooms, lounges and sitting areas having ocean views where the sunset can be enjoyed, every day.

As an important part of the Aegis team, you will: Provide maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Unit and Facility Managers.
Monitor effectiveness of completed work and report issues to the Facility Managers.
Monitor and maintain required levels of stores and supplies.
Carry out preventative maintenance program as scheduled.

About You To be successful in this position you will: Have a high attention to detail.
Computer Competent.
Experienced in report writing.
Be able to communicate to all levels of employees, and customers.
Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously.
Have knowledge of general maintenance procedures and repairs.
Hold a 'Test & Tag' Certificate desirable, however not essential.
'Working at Heights' Ticket and a previous background within a trade will be highly desirable, however not essential.
