The opportunity Permanent full-time role based in Australia – hybrid, remote, or in-office arrangements available Lead strategic growth, drive technical excellence, and foster impactful partnerships across Australia and the Indo-Pacific.
Key responsibilities Lead and grow the Humanitarian Preparedness and Response practice area Develop and execute strategic positioning and marketing initiatives Build and manage client relationships across public and private sectors Oversee complex project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance Drive business development through bid leadership and market intelligence Mentor teams and foster cross-sector collaboration Represent Tetra Tech in policy dialogues and strategic forums Selection criteria Extensive experience in humanitarian preparedness, response, civil-military coordination, or related sectors Proven success in business development and bid management Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Commercial acumen and financial analysis skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Strategic thinker with a collaborative and inclusive approach Bachelor's degree (postgraduate preferred) in a relevant field.
Significant experience, or lived experience, is recognised in lieu of formal qualification.
