Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and creative full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This role will play a critical role in strengthening the Club's brand and driving communications.
The position requires a blend of strategic vision, excellent marketing and communication skills, and a strong understanding of the unique needs of a private golf club.
The role will be responsible for assisting with the Club's marketing and communication practices.
Some of the role's responsibilities include: Compiling and distributing the weekly Member's Update and other communication as required Assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing and communications plans tailored to various stakeholders Drafting engaging, professional, and clear communication in line with the Club's objectives and values Adhering to the Club's brand guidelines, values, and objectives Continuously enhancing the Club's use of communications tools including website, app, e-communication, media resources, and printed collateral Required Qualifications and Experience Suitably experienced candidates preferred; however, recent graduates with a degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field as well as strong relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications plans Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proofread and copywrite to a high standard Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities Experience with digital tools including Meta Suite, Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word Press, Canva, Google Ads, GA4, Linked In, and email marketing platforms Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment Capacity to work effectively under pressure and collaborate across internal and external teams Knowledge of and/or interest in golf will be highly regarded This position offers flexible working conditions, including the potential to work evenings or weekends to meet business needs.
