This is a visible role that offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact and enhance their career prospects.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct change impact analysis to identify and assess the implications of changes within the organisation.
Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their needs and challenges.
Develop and implement the right models of change to ensure smooth transitions.
Assess the maturity of the change environment and work towards enhancing it, recognising that it is currently quite low.
Influence and set up effective change initiatives across the enterprise.
Qualifications: PROSCI / alternative certifications Experience in change management or related fields.
Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data.
