A Senior Account Director is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships with our prestigious catalogue of clients.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of FMCG clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic brands in the world, alongside a talented team of creatives and strategists.
THE TASK AT HAND The Senior Account Director is responsible for: Lead and manage a portfolio of FMCG assigned clients, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans Partner with the creative team to develop breakthrough ideas that achieve client objectives Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Build strong relationships with FMCG clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for TBWA Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO TBWA Knowledge Deep understanding of FMCG client's business and competitors Integrated, or a digital native with a clear understanding of marcomms across all brands Strong experience managing financial processes Experience creating master timing plans, cost estimates and controlling production processes financially to improve cost efficiencies and profitability Ability to deliver high standards of client satisfaction, measured through feedback You A results-oriented leader with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the advertising industry Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and a passion for staying ahead of the curve Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels Experience in developing and presenting creative briefs, overseeing project timelines, and managing budgets A strategic thinker with a knack for translating client needs into innovative and impactful campaigns Experience in leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
