Base pay range A$145,000.00/yr - A$145,000.00/yr Account Director - experiential marketing / brand activations agency Work from home or serviced office if need be Up to a $130,000 K base + super + uncapped upside Our client is a NSW based activations and events business, looking to secure their first interstate employee.
The company has over 25 years of industry experience in transforming bold ideas into unforgettable brand activations.
Your role as their Melbourne based Account Director will be to manage and grow key client relationships, secure new business, and manage end-to-end campaign delivery across live locally based activations, experiential marketing, and events.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner Establish new clients (business development) including prospecting, networking and uncovering new projects and markets Work closely with management, designers, builders, and creative teams to develop compelling responses to briefs and proactive opportunities Identify and drive organic growth within existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, meeting objectives and exceeding expectations Keep Hub Spot up to date and ensure daily productivity and deadlines are met Achieve the set sales targets and KPI's Be an active team member by contributing to the team and the overall business Ideally you are: A well-connected 10+ years media sales professional in the Melbourne marketplace with loads of media agency + direct client contacts A creative thinker who can ideate and put together a deck then go sell it into a client or agency A motivated self-starter who enjoys having multiple campaigns running concurrently Results-driven with strong multitasking and organisational skills A natural strong relationship builder, confident in influencing key stakeholders Adaptable and collaborative, able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team To find out more about this fantastic opportunity please call Brenton Moore on 0416112111 or email Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Advertising Industries Technology, Information and Media and Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
