Major Training is on the hunt for a motivated, outgoing Sales Course Advisor to join our dynamic team. You're confident, driven, and proactive – the type of person who picks up the phone before it rings. You thrive on helping others achieve their goals, and you know how to turn conversations into results. Resilient, positive, and detail-focused, you're comfortable juggling multiple clients while smashing your sales targets.

The right candidate will:

  • Have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people
  • Be confident building strong client relationships
  • Be hungry for sales and focused on outcomes
  • Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (public transport limited)
Skills & Experience

To be successful, you'll be:

  • Confident and proactive on the phones – if it's not ringing, you're calling out
  • Target-driven and results-focused – you love to close a deal
  • Resilient, hardworking, and proud of your performance
  • Comfortable engaging clients both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Honest, reliable, and committed to success
  • Willing to learn new products, processes, and skills

RTO experience is great but not essential – we'll give you the training and tools to set you up for success.

The Role

As a Sales Course Advisor, you'll:

  • Achieve (and exceed) individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up every lead fast – no lead left behind
  • Convert inbound enquiries into enrolments
  • Liaise with clients to understand their training goals
  • Unpack client needs and maximise opportunities with tailored solutions
  • Identify additional training pathways in every conversation
  • Manage your sales pipeline and prioritise workflow
  • Proactively generate new business from our 120,000+ client database
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy across all interactions
