Apply if you feel this sounds like youWhy You Will Love It Here Flexibility: Hybrid Work Model - Murarrie location, relocating to Brisbane CBD in May-July 2025 or Newcastle locationYour Future: Income Protection Insurance & Salary ContinuanceWork/Life Balance: Generous Bereavement & Compassionate leaveYour Wellbeing: Private Health Insurance discount, Primary & Secondary Paid Parental leave, Death & TPD InsuranceDiversity & Inclusion: Committed to Welcoming, Celebrating and Thriving on DiversityTraining: Hands-On, Team-Customized, including SS& C UniversityExtra Perks: Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and moreWhat You Will Get To Do:The Client Services Officer plays a key role in ensuring all tasks and inquiries received by the team are completed with precision and within the timeframes outlined in our client administration agreements.This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service to superannuation members, advisers, employers, trustees, and promoters through professional and timely communication across telephone, email, and written correspondence.Create and maintain member accounts for accumulation and pension, including sending welcome packs.Respond promptly and accurately to emails and calls from members, advisers, employers, trustees, and promoters, delivering high-quality service.Process rollovers and benefit payment requests, ensuring compliance with trustee requirements and conditions of release.Handle insurance applications, claims, and commission payments for members/advisers.Maintain member accounts and ensure all work meets legislative requirements (e.g., Privacy Act, AML, SIS Act).Report issues to management and complete additional tasks as directed by the Client Services Manager.What You Will Bring:Ability to plan and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.Strong teamwork skills with the ability to interact and collaborate within a team environment.Proficient verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with key stakeholders.Competence in producing and maintaining Microsoft Excel worksheets and Word documents.Experience in customer service or administrative roles.Familiarity with the superannuation industry and related legislation (desirable).Experience in the financial services industry (desirable).Relevant qualifications (certificate level or higher) in superannuation, finance, or a related field (desirable).We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
