The Opportunity: Role: Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor Reporting To: Estimating & Supervising Manager and Estimating and Supervising Leads.
Key Responsibilities: Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
Provide comparative quotes and estimates to our insurance partners.
Review and compile content from specialist & trade reports for submission to our insurers.
Build Trade & Supplier relationships and rapport.
Ensure quality and cost management.
Meet client KPIs.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.
