DLCS seeks an experienced People and Culture leader to drive strategic workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities.
- Lead a high-performing People & Culture team.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
- Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Provide expert advice to Executive Leadership.
- Champion organisational change and workforce capability development.
The successful applicant will be a seasoned executive with:
- 10+ years in senior People & Culture leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading change within complex organisations.
- Expertise in HR strategy, WHS, industrial relations, and payroll.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A commitment to the values and Mission of Catholic education.
This role offers autonomy to operationalise strategy, access to company resources, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students, staff, and communities across the Diocese.
