Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are currently seeking an experienced PMO Director on a contractual basis.
Your new Role As a PMO Director, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services.
Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a PMO Director include: Establishing and operating the PMO for a significant program of works.
Refining some of the existing enterprise-level PMO practices in line with changing requirements.
Establishing best practices and frameworks in line with changing requirements.
Leading a team of PMO Managers and Consultants.
What you bring: Track record of successfully providing Program PMO services for large technology programs.
Proven ability with the management of complex program scheduling, financial and resource management, and deliverable management.
Minimum 15 years' experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomes.
Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda.
Exceptional references from previous employers and client sponsors.
High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
Natural team-building skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situations.
Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
