Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our complex projects, providing strong leadership and building a project culture based on open communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and managing project teams, including site-based resources and shared PMO resources.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with Contractors, consultants, stakeholders, landowners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Leading the work of a team, providing motivation, encouragement, and opportunities for development.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related technical field.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience delivering complex projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in managing health, safety, and environment on large, complex projects.
