Senior Business Development Manager

Ausbil Investment Management, based in Sydney, is one of Australia's leading specialist Australian and global investment managers.
Established in 1997, we are a strategic partnership between members of the investment/management team of Ausbil and New York Life Investment Management.
Our clients include industry superannuation funds, investment platforms and dealer groups.
About The Role Weare searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to both service existing clients and escalate new business and market share in NSW/ACT via representation of investment products to dealer groups and financial advisers.
This position also leads and manages a small team of business development staff in NSW and QLD.
This role is based in Sydney and offers competitive remuneration.
About You You will be familiar with managed funds and collective investment vehicles, but also have a good working knowledge of economic and investment market concepts.
Your background in traditional asset classes will give you the ability to present financial concepts and strategies and deliver positive sales outcomes.
The ideal candidatewill have a minimum of 5-10+ years relevant experience with developed relationships in the intermediated market as well as appropriate qualifications.
You will have experience in managing and leading small teams As a member of the Marketing and Distribution team you will be expected to contribute via a combination of your technical, persuasive and business development skills.
