We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our team.
This isn't just any cleaning role—you'll be essential in maintaining the high-standard cleanliness and safety of a dynamic manufacturing and warehouse facility.

What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our cleaning team, you'll ensure our client's manufacturing and warehouse space is clean, safe, and operational.
Your responsibilities will include:
Industrial Cleaning: Performing thorough cleaning of large warehouse floors, manufacturing areas, machinery peripherals, and industrial amenities.
High-Standard Sanitization: Ensuring all spaces are not just tidy, but sanitized and presentable to meet strict industry and safety standards.
Process-Driven Work: Following detailed cleaning schedules and procedures with precision to consistently exceed client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Working effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team to get the job done right.

Must-Have Attributes:
The ability to reliably commute to our Fairfield East location for every scheduled shift.
A strong work ethic and unwavering reliability.
The availability to work consistently during the afternoon/evening shift (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Mon-Fri).
A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to high-quality results.
Full working rights in Australia.
Bonus: Experience in commercial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning (preferred but not essential—we value attitude and trainability).
