As Director of Veterinary Services, you will lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive clinical excellence and business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in veterinary leadership or management.
  • Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing others.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) or equivalent.
