Senior Operations Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position in a forward-thinking model of disability care.

As a senior operations leader, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, staff performance, and service excellence.

You will oversee the operational setup of new facilities, manage budgets, ensure NDIS compliance, and apply your healthcare expertise to ensure clinical oversight and participant safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Service Leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the establishment and integration of new sites, from recruitment to service delivery.
  • Apply clinical and healthcare knowledge to support participant wellbeing and complex care needs.
  • Manage workforce planning and performance outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Build a values-based culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
Requirements
  • Nursing or healthcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site setting.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance.
  • Proven financial management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams.
