As Assistant Spa Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the spa, lead and develop a high-performing team, and help ensure a flawless guest experience.Your Day to DayDay-to-day leadership, team support, and guidance Opening and closing responsibilities Staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development Handling guest feedback and service recovery Supporting stock management, rostering, and basic reporting Providing treatments Assisting with front-of-house coordination and operational flow About YouYou're a confident, service-oriented Senior Therapist ready to step into your leadership role or you are a current Assistant Manager looking for a sea change.
